World Airport Awards

The World Airport Awards are the most prestigious awards for the airport industry, voted on by customers in the largest, annual global Airport customer satisfaction survey.

Assessing customer service and facilities at over 550 airports, they are regarded as a quality benchmark for the world airport industry.

Surveys and awards are independent of any airport control, influence or input. An analysis of the results shows a close correlation with the number of customers using airports during 2021, a time when different travel conditions prevailed in many global regions and air travel was quickly moving across much of the world and more normal times are coming back .
