Uttarakhand government will launch Chief Minister Udiyaman Khiladi Unnayan Yojana
On August 29, 2022, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will launch the 'Mukhyamantri Udiyaman Khiladi Unnayan Yojana'.
Under this scheme, 150 boys of each district and an equal number of girls will get a scholarship of Rs
1500 every month. The Sports Minister said that on the occasion of Sports Day on August 29, sports scholarships would be given to children in the age group of 8 to 14 years.
Let us tell you that in future, the children who have been selected in this, will be given various
opportunities so that their sports talent remains intact. The Sports Minister said that in the past, players used to get four percent sports quota, but for the last few years this matter is in court.
Regarding giving 300 days employment to the PRD jawans, the Sports Minister said that the cabinet has agreed on this subject.
