Former Supreme Court Judge Vineet Saran to be Ethics Officer and Ombudsman of BCCI
Former Supreme Court judge Vineet Saran has been appointed as the ethics officer and ombudsman of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Both these posts were vacant since last one year.
Saran has replaced Justice D.K. Jain. Jain's tenure ended in June last year. Saran has been a former Chief
Justice of the Odisha High Court. He has also served as a judge in the Karnataka and Allahabad High Courts.
