Director General of Indo-Tibetan Border Police Sanjay Arora to be the next Police Commissioner of Delh
Sanjay Arora, Director General of Indo-Tibetan Border Police and a 1988 batch officer of Tamil Nadu
cadre, has been appointed as the next Commissioner of Police of Delhi. Arora was appointed Director General of the Indo- Tibetan Border Police in August last year and took charge of the force guarding the India-China Line of Actual Control on 1 September 2021.
The tenure of Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana has ended on July 31, 2022. As per the order of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Director General of
Sashastra Seema Bal S.L.Thaosen will take over the additional charge of Director General of Indo-Tibetan Border Police.
