Jagan Mohan Reddy chosen Lifetime President of Y.S.R. Congress
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been elected as the Lifetime President of Yuvajan Shramik Rythu Congress Party (YSR Congress). This process was completed at the conclusion of the two-day plenary session of the YSR Congress.
For this the constitution of the.party has been amended. Jagan.Mohan Reddy established Y.S.R. Congress in March 2011 after parting ways with the Congress. Since then he has been the party president continuously.
After amending its constitution, the YSR Congress will have to seek permission from the Election Commission of India to make Jagan its lifetime president.
