Los Angeles Olympics 2028 Dates Announced

The 2028 Summer Olympic andParalympics Games will be hostedby Los Angeles, United States. Theopening ceremony of the 2028 LosAngeles Olympics will take place on 14 July, 2028 and will last until 30 July.

However, Los Angeles has previously hosted the Olympics in 1984 and 1932. The LA28 Games will

feature over 3,000 hours of live play in over 800 events across 40 sports. According to LA28, 15,000 athletes

are expected to participate in the Olympic and Paralympics Games in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, the Paralympics Games.will begin on 15 August, 2028 in Los Angeles and end on 27 August. This will be the first time that Los Angeles will host the Paralympics Games. It should be noted that the 2024 Summer Olympic Games will be held in Paris, France.
