Culture Ministry Launches 'Badhe Chalo' Campaign

On August 05, 2022, the Ministry of Culture has launched a youth- focused campaign named 'Badhe
Chalo'. This program has been started under the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'.

The objective of this campaign is to connect with the youth of the country and inculcate a deep sense of patriotism in them. This movement is being organized in 10 cities for ten days from August 5 tobAugust 11, 2022.

Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav

It is an initiative of the Government to commemorate the 75 years of Progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements. A
number of initiatives have been started by the Ministry of Culture under the aegis of 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'. The Ministry of Culture is also promoting the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' movement through this initiative.

This program was started by the Prime Minister on March 12, 2021 from Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmadabad. It is to be known that on March 12, 1930, Mahatma Gandhi started the Dandi March from Sabarmati Ashram.
