TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys and LIC Join Most Valuable Global Brands
4 Indian companies Tata Consultancy  (TCS), HDFC Bank, Infosys and Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) are among the top 100 global largest brands
according to Kantar Brandz-2022 'Most Valuable Global Brands Report'. Apple has retained its first position to become the first trillion- dollar brand with a brand value of US$947.1 billion. It is followed by Google, Amazon and Microsoft.

TCS was India's most valuable brand, ranking 46th on the list. Kantar Brandz, author of the Most Valuable Global Brands report, estimates the company's brand
value to be $50 billion by 2022. Its counterpart Infosys was the latest entrant in the list which ranked 64th as it had a brand value of $33 billion. Rank Brand Value (in USD)

Top companies in the world

Apple was the world's most valuable brand, with a brand value of $947 billion. It was followed by other tech giants Google, Amazon and Microsoft in the same order. Facebook, which recently changed its name to Meta, is ranked eighth.

Louis Vuitton is the first luxury brand to be ranked No. 10 with US$124.3 billion and 64% of brand value, and the first European brand to break into the global top 10
since 2010.
