Jagdeep Dhankhar the second leader of Rajasthan to become the Vice President of India

Jagdeep Dhankhar is the second leader of Rajasthan to be elected to this post after Bhairon Singh Shekhawat. Earlier, Bhairon Singh Shekhawat took over as the 11th
Vice President from August 2002 to July 2007.

Strange coincidence made by winning of Dhankhar

A strange coincidence has happened after Dhankhar’s win. The Speaker of the Lok Sabha and the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha are from the same state. Currently Om Birla is the Speaker of the Lok Sabha and he represents the Kota parliamentary constituency of
Rajasthan.

The Vice President is also the ex- officio Chairman of the Rajya Sabha. Let us educate that Jagdeep Dhankhar, the former Governor of West Bengal, belongs to the influential Jat community of Rajasthan. His background has been socialist.
